Tanger Outlet Event: 3rd Annual SMMA Gear Up 10 Mile Run, February 8. Located at Tanger Outlets. Coordinated by Dalia Hernandez, CTMC.

Burn Concern Skin Cancer Prevention, March 11, 12. Coordinated by Dr. Karen Smith, Marketing, and her class.

Cancer Essay Contest: What does cancer mean to you?, March 15. Coordinated by Dora Lopez, Dalia Hernandez, and Jon Hudson.

Texas State Marrow Drive "Be the Match," March 30, 31, April 1, 2. Organized by Dr. Ronnie Lozano, Dora Lopez, Dr. Lawrence Estaville, Samuel Hillhouse, and American Marketing Association student organization.

No Cancer for Mom and Dad, March 30, 31, April 1, 2. Program during Texas State Marrow Drive.

Boxer Night and Fashion Show, April 8. LBJ Ballroom. Reception with free food and health orgs fair at 6:15 p.m. and Show 7 p.m. The theme is the Jungle and 20 student organizations compete for the best design of boxers, modeled by Texas State students. 1st place $200; 2nd place $100; 3rd place $50 for the student organizations. Coordinated by FashioNation and Dr. Ronnie Lozano.
